Carapola is an expert in systems, networks and technology with
almost 30 years of experience. An Electrical Engineer by
training, Mr. Carapola spent the early part of his career as a
hardware engineer, designing and building communications systems,
communications satellites, and computer based control systems and
terminals.
Mr. Carapola was a founding
employee of Prodigy Services Company, a pioneer in Online Services and
the Internet. He has designed, built, deployed and managed
global corporate technology environments for such companies as
MasterCard International, GE Capital, Prudential Securities and
Tishman Speyer Properties. In addition he has defined and
spearheaded the company transition to an e-Business at several firms.
He has held Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Global
Technology roles at several companies.
Mr. Carapola
provides Expert Consulting, Expert Opinions and Expert Witness

computer systems, computer networks, broadband networks, systems
integration, application development and Internet systems and
application development. In addition, he has exceptional
experience in systems operations, service level agreements, technology
